On August 10th, “Fortune” magazine released this year’s latest Fortune 500 list. This is the 26th consecutive year that the magazine has published the ranking of global companies.

In this year’s ranking, the most interesting change is that Chinese companies have achieved a historic leap, with a total of 133 companies on the list, surpassing the total number of companies on the list in the United States.

Overall, the performance of the oil industry is still outstanding. Among the top ten companies in the world, the oil field occupies half of the seats, and their operating income has entered the 100 billion dollar club.

Among them, China’s two major oil giants, Sinopec and PetroChina, respectively occupy the top and second place in the oil and gas field. Besides, six companies including China National Offshore Oil Corporation, Yanchang Petroleum, Hengli Petrochemical, Sinochem, China National Chemical Corporation, and Taiwan CNPC are on the list.
