Application of 316 ultra-high pressure precision stainless steel pipe

316 ultra-high pressure precision stainless steel pipe is made of high-grade stainless steel material. After hardening, it has high strength and corrosion resistance. The maximum length of 1/4-inch high-pressure pipe is 7.9 meters; the maximum length of 3/8-inch and 9/16-inch high-pressure pipe is 7.9 meters. 1. Air compressor pipeline
As the pipeline of the air compressor, 316 ultra-high pressure precision pipe must withstand high pressure. Air compressor pipelines generally use double clamping connections because of their convenient double clamping and firm sealing effects. They are resistant to shock, pressure, and corrosion for compressed air, vacuum, nitrogen, inert gas, etc.

In addition, the use of 316 ultra-high pressure precision stainless steel pipes as air compressor pipelines has high strength, which is 3 times that of copper pipes and 8 to 10 times that of PPR pipes. It can withstand high-speed fluid impacts of 30 meters per second. It can also work safely for a long time at a temperature of -270℃-400℃. Whether it is high temperature or low temperature, no harmful substances will be precipitated. The material properties are quite stable and have good ductility and toughness.

2. Oil pipelines
Oil pipelines consume the bulk of stainless steel pipes. Stainless steel pipes play an important role in equipment manufacturing, oil production, refining, and transportation in the oil industry. As a transporter of liquids such as oil, 316 ultra-high-pressure precision stainless steel pipes must have high-pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, and other properties. In terms of welding, the weld is the weak link of oil pipes, and the quality of the weld directly affects the safety of the pipeline and even the transmission pipeline. We conduct 100% radiographic inspection on all welds. The welds must have no defects such as incomplete penetration, no weld inclusions, no undercuts, no cracks, etc., to ensure the stability of the welded joints under low-temperature conditions.
