What are the methods for processing stainless steel bending pipes

1. Rolling method: Generally, a mandrel is not required when stainless steel bending pipes and it is suitable for the inner round edge of thick-walled stainless steel pipes.

2. Roller method: Place the mandrel inside the stainless steel tube and use the roller to push the outside at the same time.

3. Stamping method: Use a tapered mandrel on a punch to expand one end of the stainless steel pipe to the required size and shape.

4. Expansion method: first place rubber in the stainless steel tube, and use a punch to compress it above to make the stainless steel tube bulge into shape; another method is to use hydraulic pressure to expand the tube, and pour liquid into the stainless steel tube. The liquid pressure can push the stainless steel into shape. The pipe is bulged into the required shape. This method is generally used in the production of corrugated pipes.

5. Direct bending forming method: Three methods are more commonly used when processing stainless steel pipe bending pipes. One is called the stretching method, the other is called the stamping method, and the third is called the roller method, which has 3-4 rollers. Two fixed rollers and one adjusting roller are used to adjust the distance between the fixed rollers, and the finished stainless steel pipe fittings will be curved.
