Spiral steel pipe is a spiral seam steel pipe welded by automatic double-wire double-sided submerged arc welding process using strip steel coil plate as raw material, constant temperature extrusion molding. The spiral steel pipe feeds the strip into the welded pipe unit. After being rolled by multiple rollers, the strip is gradually rolled up to form a circular tube blank with an opening gap. Adjust the reduction amount of the extrusion roller to control the weld gap between 1~ 3mm, and make both ends of the welding joint flush.

After the adjustment is completed, the measurement accuracy can be guaranteed without calibration. The equipment can be equipped with an external circulation cooling system, a duckbill side-blowing dust-proof system, an embedded intelligent module, a host computer control system, an external LED display, etc. At the same time, the data can be transmitted to a network database and the data can be viewed in real-time through a mobile phone or computer. According to needs, the lower part of the equipment can be equipped with an automatic height-adjusting lifting platform to automatically adjust the height of the measurement center.
