Throughout this project, we maintained strict quality control at every stage of production — from material sourcing, hot rolling, and heat treatment to dimensional inspection and non-destructive testing. All heat exchanger pipes were manufactured and tested precisely according to the client‘s customised requirements, ensuring full compliance with ASTM A106 Grade B standards and the client’s specifications.

Given that these are customised products, we went further than routine compliance. We proactively engaged with the client to understand their specific operating environment, including working temperature, pressure cycles, and the corrosive characteristics of the heat transfer medium. Based on this understanding, we provided professional recommendations on wall thickness uniformity, surface finish, and end preparation to optimise heat transfer efficiency and service life.
