Throughout this project, we maintained strict quality control at every stage of production — from raw pipe verification, flange matching, welding procedure qualification, to final dimensional and non‑destructive testing. All piping spools were manufactured, welded, and inspected precisely according to the client‘s customised requirements, ensuring full compliance with API 5L Grade B standards and the client’s specifications.

Given that these are customised prefabricated spools, we went further than routine compliance. We proactively engaged with the client to understand their specific installation environment, including on‑site welding constraints, pressure ratings, thermal expansion expectations, and corrosion considerations. Based on this understanding, we provided professional recommendations on weld joint design, flange facing types, bolt torque specifications, and protective coating for transport and storage.
