1. Gas welding

In addition to the above two methods, the welded pipeline can also use contact welding, and the specific method to be welded depends on the material and requirements of the pipeline.
Steel consists of iron and carbon with small amounts of miscellaneous metals, such as manganese, chromium, silicon, vanadium, and nickel. Low carbon steel contains only 0.3 percent carbon, making it incredibly easy to weld.
Medium carbon contains 0.30 to 0.60 percent carbon, and high carbon steels at 0.61 to 2.1 percent carbon. By comparison, cast iron contains up to 3 percent carbon, which makes it incredibly challenging to weld.
Carbon steel tube welding precautions:
1. Before the pipeline is welded, it is necessary to remove all the debris in the pipe. After the construction is completed, a blocking plate can be used to seal it to prevent the debris from falling into it. At the same time, before welding, it is necessary to polish the oil stains on the nozzle part until the metal-like luster appears.
