Inconel Alloy 625 Nickel Pipe&Tube
What is 625 nickel pipe?
Inconel® nickel chromium Alloy 625 (UNS N06625/W.Nr. 2.4856) is made from a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with an addition of niobium. High strength and toughness from cryogenic temperatures to 1800°F. Good oxidation resistance, exceptional fatigue strength, and good resistance to many corrosives.
Alloy 625 Nickel Pipe types:
Alloy 625 Nickel Seamless Pipe is made from a Nickel Chromium Molybdenum Alloys with an addition of Niobium. High strength and toughness from cryogenic temperatures to 1800 F. Good oxidation resistance, exceptional fatigue strength, and good resistance to many corrosives.
Alloy 625 Nickel Seamless Pipe are of two types ERW and EFW. A process for producing welded pipe is Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) also known as Contact Welding. Processing of Electric Fusion Welding, also called Continuous Welding begins as coiled steel with appropriate thickness, width and weight is made.Alloy 625 UNS N06625 are available in a wide range of sizes and properties. Due to the weld seam, lower operating pressures are stated in accordance with ASME compared to seamless pipes. In general Inconel welded pipe possess tighter dimensional tolerances than seamless pipes and are less costly if produced in same quantities. Inconel Welded Pipe sizes range from 1/8″ to 48″ inches and the thickness of the pipes are as follows: Sch 5, Sch 5s, Sch 10, Sch 10s, Sch 20, Sch 30, Sch 40s, Sch 40, Sch STD, Sch 60, Sch 80s, Sch 100, Sch 120, Sch XS, Sch XXS, Sch 160. The Inconel pipe is manufactured and finished according to dimension standards such as ANSI B36.10 and ANSI B36.19.
ASTM Specifications :
ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) for various products made out of Inconel 625 Grade are as follow:
Inconel Alloy 625 Pipes & Tubes Chemical Composition

Inconel 625 Pipe Welding Tips
inconel 625 Pipe is a nickel-chromium alloys which is utilized totally different welding forms. inconel 625 Pipe is most commonly utilized in procedures where high heat tolerance is required. Welding Inconel can be or maybe difficult because the welds that are made have a tendency to split. There are many alloys of Inconel that were particularly planned for utilize in welding like TIG.
We also offer Inconel 625 Alloy wire, bar, sheet, plate, tube, fittings, flanges, forgings, and welding rod.
