What are the driving methods of steel sheet piles 1. Single pile driving method (1) Construction points. Use one or two steel sheet piles as a group, and start driving one piece (group) one by one starting from one corner. (2) Advantages: The construction is simple and can be driven continuously. The pile driver has a short traveling route and is fast. (3) Disadvantages: When a single block is driven in, it is easy to tilt to one side, the accumulation of errors is difficult to correct, and the straightness of the wall is difficult to control. 2. Double-layer purlin piling method (1) Construction points. First, build two layers of purlins at a certain height on the ground and a certain distance from the axis, and then insert all the sheet piles in the purlins in sequence. After the four corners are closed, gradually drive the sheet piles piece by piece in a stepped manner to the design elevation. (2) Advantages: It can ensure the plane size, verticality, and flatness of the sheet pile wall. (3) Disadvantages: The construction is complex and uneconomical, and the construction speed is slow. Special-shaped piles are required when closing and closing. 3. Screen method (1) Construction points. Use 10 to 20 steel sheet piles for each single-layer purlin to form a construction section, which is inserted into the soil to a certain depth to form a short screen wall. For each construction section, first drive 1 to 2 steel sheet piles at both ends, and strictly Control its verticality, fix it on the fence with electric welding, and drive the middle sheet piles in sequence at 1/2 or 1/3 of the height of the sheet piles. (2) Advantages: It can prevent excessive tilt and twisting of sheet piles, reduce the cumulative tilt error of driving, and achieve closed closing.
