What is the dipping process?
Metal dipping is a new type of metal surface anti-corrosion technology. Plastic dipping technology is a new development of anti-corrosion technology and a new use of polymer materials. Plastic impregnation process flow: pretreatment→workpiece processing→pre-drying→impregnation→curing→removal of workpiece
Dipping is a heating process, metal preheating, soaking, curing. When soaking, the heated metal sticks to the surrounding material. The hotter the metal, the longer the soaking time and the thicker the material.
