Throughout this project, we maintained strict quality control at every stage of production — from plate rolling, forming, and welding to final inspection. All LSAW pipes were manufactured and tested precisely according to the client’s customised dimensional requirements, ensuring full compliance with API 5L PSL1 standards and the client’s specifications.

Given that these are customised products, we went further than routine compliance. We proactively engaged with the client to understand their specific application environment, including operating pressure, installation conditions, and potential corrosion risks. Based on this understanding, we provided professional recommendations on welding parameter optimisation, non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, and anti-corrosion coating options.
