Cladding process Cladding process: laser cladding is supplied by way of cladding materials, which can be broadly divided into two categories, namely, pre-synchronized laser cladding and laser cladding. Laser cladding preset cladding material is placed on the substrate surface prior to cladding portion, and scanning the laser beam irradiation melts cladding material is added in the form of powder, wire, plate, powder form which is most commonly used.
