Main Characteristics of ERW Steel Pipes:
High-security welding seam: as a result of special welding method of melting of the parent metal together without filler metal, the welding property is better and the welding seam is much smaller than spiral welded pipes.

Standards & Specifications: Which standards do our Carbon Steel Pipes comply with?

Q: I need carbon steel pipes for a high-temperature application. Do you supply pipes according to ASTM or EN standards, and how do I choose the right grade?
A: Yes, we strictly manufacture and export pipes according to international standards.
For general structural use and pressure lines, we supply ASTM A53 Gr. B and ASTM A106 Gr. B.
For high-temperature services (boilers/refineries), ASTM A106 Gr. B/C or ASTM A335 (Alloy) is recommended, while API 5L is exclusively for oil and gas transmission lines.
For the European market, we comply with EN 10217 (welded) and EN 10216 (seamless) standards .
We always provide Mill Test Certificates (MTC) verifying the chemical composition and mechanical properties.

Export Licenses & Compliance: What is the "Export License" situation for 2025-2026?

Q: I heard China has new restrictions on steel exports. Can you ship Carbon Steel Pipes without issues in 2026?
A: As of January 1, 2026, China requires export licenses for specific steel products classified under HS Code Chapters 72 and 73 (7301-7307) .
We manage this for you: We handle the application for the Export License with the Ministry of Commerce, submitting the export contract and quality inspection certificates.
Dual-Use Items: For high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy pipes used in specific industrial sectors, we ensure compliance with the "Dual-Use Item" permit requirements if applicable .

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Customization

Q: I only need a small batch of large-diameter pipes (20 ft) for a specific project. Do you accept small orders?
A: Yes. While standard sizes are stocked, we accept low MOQs for custom sizes. We support customized moulds for non-standard diameters and specific lengths (random or fixed) .
